This clinic is for graduating seniors needing Meningitis (MCV4) Menegitis B shot. WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING ANY OTHER VACCINATIONS AT THIS CLINIC.
IMPORTANT!! Please review this information completely!!
This is a drive-through clinic. You will stay in the car for the duration of this clinic. Our nurses will administer shots while the patient is in the vehicle.
Please bring the following items with you:
1. Your child’s immunization record. This is required.
2. Intake forms. You can download the patient forms here.
3. Everyone in the car is expected to wear a mask.
