The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we approach everything we do. While we shifted gears in recent months to serve the unique needs of various communities across the state, our immunization clinics are resuming!

The Caring Foundation of Texas is implementing new health and safety protocols to protect our staff and the families we serve. Effective immediately until further notice for all clinics:

  • Appointments will be required to limit the number of families at the clinic at one time.
  • Please bring the proper intake form with you to the event for each child. Forms can be found here: https://carevan.org/immunizationforms/
  • Please bring a copy of your child’s immunization record with you.
  • All clinic attendees will be required to bring and wear their own mask for the entire duration of their visit. Additionally, all attendees will have their temperatures checked and will go through a medical screening.
  • One parent or legal guardian will be allowed to enter the clinic area with their child/children receiving care.
  • Volunteers will be screened prior to the clinic and will adhere to increased cleaning measures throughout clinic hours.

We stand ready to serve you and your family in the safest way possible!
